Deposited €60 taken and settled from bank but not in casino account ! Say that it is an imprint and to wait 5 days for it to come back. Thing is I paid it and they should know where my funds are !

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Hi thank you. I will not deposit further - they are advising I should see it back on my account in 5 days but I feel doubtful

as it’s a settled payment.

Even if the casino claims 5 days, we always do recommend to wait up to a month for a lost deposit to be credited. Be sure to provide a payment confirmation and any additional proof requested by the casino to locate the money as fast as possible.
