Hello Dear Guru Team ,


I have won about 10000 euro by playing Roulette in Betzest Casino,

i have received part of it on my Ecopayz E-wallet account but , when i did a withdrawal request of the 6000 euro ,the Casino informed me that the actual Payment Method (Ecopayz)is no more available for that moment ,and that i have the possibility to withdraw the money via Neteller .I have pointed out to the Casino that i do not have a Neteller Account and i would like to receive the money via Bank transfer ,but they did not reply for many days.

I was waiting for many days in order to request the money via Ecopayz,but it seems that this PAyment method is suddenly unavailable due to technical reasons.

So i have played with 6000 euro in Roulette again ,and i have lost it very fast ,and after i lost it ,the Payment method Ecopayz is again available .Please can you help to have explaination for that .Thank you

Thank you very much for submitting a complaint and I'm sorry to hear about your issue with Betzest Casino. Allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

For how long was the payment method disabled? Did they respond anything to your request to withdraw through bank transfer?

Note that it is common that some providers are not working and it is not up to the casino to fix it. Also if you have already lost your money, there isn't any way to recover it as you lost it fairly and was up to you whether you wait for the payment fix or not.

Thank you for accepting my complaint .

I know that roulette game is based on luck but the Casino makes the play very hard when i played with 6000euro.

So i lost it very very fast .Once i lost all the money the Payment Method Ecopayz is again available .

Unfortunately, if there isn't any proof that it was done by casino to prevent you from withdrawal, we have to consider it as a technical error and as you played away your balance, there isn't anything we are able to do with it as you played with the money fairly
