I have a complete withdraw through bank wire transfer since 24-10.i have never seen money in my bank account.My account is fully verified.Their time frame is 5 bussiness days.the time frame already passed.I have asked them a transaction id to check the problem with my bank.they didnt sent anything.Live chat always asks me to be patient andsays that the relevant department is investigating the case.Same fake stories casinos always say.In the past,whenever i asked for bank wire transfer from other casinos,money arrived within 2 days.Here,i have no response from anyone.i have contacted my bank and they told me that i have no pending withdraw.

Thank you for the response.If the time frame of withdrawals is 14 days,casino reviewing sites like casino guru, should mention that.When you review a casino and provide information of withdrawals up to 5 or 7 days,i read that and i register to a casino,cause i trust your information.Moreover,its not a New York road that has traffic and we have a delay.Its a two button procedure.Also,why the casino does not send me the transaction id and i will check it with my bank.Shouldnt i be suspicious with this denial?I am familiar with casino delays.When its a delay,99% its a casino delay and not a bank delay.i have asked details of my transaction since last thursday noon.Do u believe they have two much work and traffic that they dont even send me an answer?My account is fully verified,i had no bonus.I am pretyy clear.They are not.

Yesterday i spoke once more with live chat.Withdrawal was cancelled by my bank.I never had an email that informs me that transaction was cancelled.I logged into my account and there are no funds in my balance.They asked my skrill account screenshot,i sent them and i was verified.Till yesterday,no funds added inmy skrill account(skrill withdrawals are instant).So,in conclusion,i made a withdrawal 24-10,12 days later my withdrawal was cancelled,noone informed me of anything,my money is somewhere noone knows,live chat has totally no idea and i still wait to see my winnings.Whenever i ask live chat about the case,once they tell me that they are searching for a solution and then that the financial department is processing the withdrawal.They are somewhere between finding a solution and processing my withdrawal.Its quite obvious that they never processed anything.Live chat is answering what i want to hear.Reads the history chat and finds an appropriate answer.They totally have no idea and processing nothing.

Today the same story as yesterday.The financial department said that they couldnt process the payment on skrill or neteller and they suggested to open a revolut account or pay me in crypto.I dont use crypto and i will not.I deposited via neteller and euro and i want my money back in euro.So,in conclusion,they cancelled bank wire transfer(they say that my bank did),they didnt refund my acount,they told me to use skrill and they couldnt pay me and now i sent them my revolut account and they are still processing the withdrawal.Nothing will happen .This casino is a big scam.
