An Indian player deposited 1,500Rs into casino in May, 2023 but the money was never credited to his account. Despite multiple complaints and providing a screenshot of the deposit, his money is still missing. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposited 1500Rs in the month of May,2023.

They never credited my money.

Even after complaining 100 tines they never credited my money.

They just said it'll take some time to credit the money.

Since may my money is lost.

I request to please help my money back.

I have shared the deposit screenshot with them also but still they are not crediting my money .

Please help me.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. 

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino? Please forward your payment receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru

I have successfully sent you the email of the receipt.

Please check and revert back.

The casino is asking for time since the past 4 months.

They simply say we need more time to find out.
