Betway deposit amount issue

A detailed explanation of the complaint : Amount deducted from my account rs 10000 on 11th May 2021 not credited to beneficiary Betway account nor refunded till now I checked both Axis bank and meditaor Bharthi pay had transferred to betway on 14th May 21 both are saying transaction is successful but amount not reflected in bey way account.

I have the raised this issue to complaint to betway manager and sent email as they mentioned in the webiste I got automated you will get response from us with in 5 days but till no one have reverted nor contacted me


Below message from Payment gateway parter for betway is BHARTHI PAY.


order ID 823743454 on date 11 May 2021 was successful on the same date and was successfully processed from our end on date 14 May 2021 according to our TAT with the merchant.


Please note we are the mediator for that app. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused to you on their website or application. You must contact the same merchant only for any inconvenience caused to you during your shopping/services.


If the merchant is denying to give you product/services then please provide a documented confirmation (email or chat bot) from the merchant then we can do anything for you.


4. Specific dates and times associated with the complaint/claim (if applicable) : 11th May 2021 rs 10000 through mediator BHARTHIPAY ( RRTS BUYING) with order I'd 823743454


Hence requesting kindly help to get my refund back and investigate and let me know where my money gone... whether my amount will be refunded or not credited to final beneficiary Betway account.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and forwarding the payment receipt along with all the relevant communication. I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider as you did already. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if it were your first deposit in this casino?

Could you please advise if it were your first deposit in this casino? For this answer , No there are several deposit and all of them were successful apart from this 11th May transaction for Rs 10000

I got today my money back to Betway account.. thanks for following up and meanwhile raised to ADR eCogra upon by money not reflecting ..kudos to both who have resolved my issue
