The player from Spain had his account blocked without further explanation. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
My account is closed for no reason. If you lose your money you are welcome but if you start earning and withdraw profits they close your account, they are not interested in you as a client. Totally abusive on his part and the players are without rights, it is an injustice!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

If no funds are being held by the casino, I'm afraid we won't be able to help you to reopen your account as casinos, in general, have the right to discontinue their cooperation with players for any reason.
