I am currently on holiday in Turkey.

Registered on your site in Turkey at 29 June.

I also made deposits here. And I requested a withdrawal here too. It all happened in the same room. On the same laptop and the same internet connection.


when I requested a payout of $10. It was completed successfully.

when I requested a $1,000 payout. I was accused of using VPN. winnings have been canceled and the last deposit returned.

The first lost deposit of $1800 was not refunded. I had the same connection in both cases.

Could you please advise how fast after registering did you get blocked from your account? Was the only reason of your account closure using of VPN? When was the last time you contacted them and did they reply to you, if yes, what exactly?

I signed up June 29th. And he began to play actively.

It started to get lucky. Total won $6555. I ordered a withdrawal of 1000 dollars. The payment was rejected, they sent a letter accusing him of using VPN. Winnings cancelled. Returned the last deposit to the account ($1795). But they did not return the first lost deposit of $1800.


All deposits were made on June 29th.


I was blocked on June 30 when I made a request withdrawal.


Registration, deposit, play, withdrawal request - all in the same hotel room.


Yes, VPN it is only reason I've been blocked.


All this time I was playing from my hotel room. No cheating on my part. I am ready to provide a source of money, all my documents. I did everything honestly, in my name. And no scams. Just lucky to win and they don't want to pay out the winnings.


I wrote them a letter after the blocking twice. No response received.

Hello 72vsAK,

Unfortunately, the first deposit you made you also lost. The casino can't return it to you once you played it away. The second one was refunded as you had higher balance than deposited.

As the casino accused you of using VPN, do you still want to play there or what is your intension with the complaint?
