However, the Complaints Team had identified that the player had used someone else's payment method, which is strictly prohibited in all casinos. As a result, the player's account was closed, and his funds were confiscated. We had rejected the player's complaint due to this violation.

I made a 30k deposit and won amount but this fraud website is not verify my account

I send all the requested documents to them

Now they are take 4 days already but account is not verify and also i send many email to them but they are not responding

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Therefore, I would recommend that you wait at least one more week. I will leave this complaint open and if there is no development by the end of this time frame, please let us know and we will intervene.

i know kyc procedure is very important but you can see they are making excuses

i use astropay wallet for first deposit and i also send them my wallet transaction

but they ask why you choose this method

They are telling lie they are not called me and i never ask him that I didn't made my first deposit via Astropay and i also send attachment of my Astropay wallet but they are making excuses

they are already take 10 days for whole process

And now i have 530000inr into my account

cmbhaisaab, I have bad news for you: using someone else's payment method is strictly prohibited in all casinos. If you will do it anywhere, you will always have your account closed and funds confiscated. Therefore, I must reject your complaint.
