Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience, however, you must understand that you decided to play in a casino licensed by Curacao, therefore you cannot expect the same treatment as in casinos licensed by UKGC.

I can only recommend you do better research next time and play only in casinos licensed by the UKGC to get the best (and expected) experience.

also noticed card transactions are to random people in Nigeria and random companies
