hi I hit the winning of €800 and they are messing me about I got to email stating the my withdrawal been approved but the money goes back in to my account when i ask them for a reason they saying we get back to u and that been 3days

yes I get an email that it’s approved but then it cancelled and returned in to my Betti casino app I had a reply from them to try it again so I have it pending now so hopefully I get it but yeah gonna wait 14 days and then contact u if not received and yes im fully verified with them
