I have suffered loss of 1500 last week i.e from 01st August to 7th August, but customer care telling that am not eligible, i have sent proof also but also they are telling that am not eligible and they are also not mentioning for what reason am not eligible. Kindly solve

Sir there is one option that if we suffer loss in particular week then we will get loss bonus that is 10% of net loss. Every week i was getting earlier if i suffer loss. But last week i suffered 1500 loss in bets so i need to get 150 Rs as loss bonus. But betstar didn't give loss bonus, they are telling am not eligible for last week. If i ask the reason also then they are not telling reasons and telling only that im not eligible
