The player from India had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn't been received yet. Despite our team's attempts to assist, the player did not respond to our inquiries about two different player casino IDs and emails for the same casino. As a result, we were unable to further investigate the issue and had to reject the complaint.

I have deposited 20000 and played and given withdrawal of Rs.36820, but they have kept hold and telling reason that i have not played 75% of deposited money, but i have checked and i have played 125% of deposited money, i.e 24000,when i send all the proofs in chat section they have removed the access to chat also, this clearly shows their cheating, kindly look into the case. I have deposited at 11.41 am after that whatever i have played I have taken screenshots and attached the same. So i want explanation from betstar for their cunning way

Thank you for your reply, nishchaikumar. Before we proceed with this complaint, could you please clarify how come you submitted 2 complaints about the same casino, but both have different Player Casino Id and Player Casino Email?
