Hi casino guru I need your help badly, I have a account in betstarexchange casino, I had a balance of 45000 rs in my account, I dint request for the withdrawal, when I checked my account the balance was showing 0, so I asked the customer Service where is my amount, they are like sir you have requested for a withdrawal and it s processed please check your bank account, I told them first off all I dint request for the withdrawal and I have not received any money in my bank account, than I asked them to check to which account is my money processed, and I shared my account details, they check and tell me sir the money is processed to a totally different account, and I ask them how is this possible, without my name and my account number how can you process my money to a different account, they are like sir as we get the withdrawal request we process it, I seriously don't understand how can they process the withdrawal to a different bank account which does not belong to me, and I asked them to which account number is my money processed, they are like like we are unauthorised to give you the information, I was like whom else do I ask now if you can't help me, they are like sir please connect with the WhatsApp complaint team and gave me a WhatsApp number, and I msg the WhatsApp number and I don't get any reply from it, very bad customer service, casino guru please help me get my money back,

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
