Unfortunately a screenshot from your phone of the game is not a relevant proof. It easily could be a demo game, the currency nor the balance amount is visible from them. Unless there is a betting history where the before, bet and after balance is visible, we can do hardly anything.

You can always try to turn to the casino's licensing authorities as they should have access to all player data but unfortunately there is nothing we can do without a relevant evidence.
