like all casinos, Betsson is user-friendly at the beginning, bonuses in every game with not particularly good rewards, however. at first like in all casinos you enjoy your money and really have fun. very quickly, however, it closes, the games become highly manipulable and it's like throwing your money into a black hole with no return. in this particular company I happened to play 400 euros in spins of 20 and 40 cents and it disappeared for me in 30 minutes without a bonus without any return to the spins, a real disaster. They didn't even keep the pretenses so that I could have at least a little fun. I don't know what experiences the rest of you have, but for me this particular company is a nightmare

I had no problems at all when using this casino. Fast withdrawals, pretty big payouts. Verification process is quick and without any issues. Big variety of games. Decent client's support. Maybe the design is the only casino's drawback

At Bettson's partner "racebets" I signed up by mistake because I'm not a fan of horse racing. I had 30€ credit on the account which I wanted to withdraw. For verification, I sent my identity card, bill from the electricity provider and a bank statement. Instead of my account being verified, I got a message that there would be discrepancies between my date of birth and the data on the ID card and that I should send a bank statement again with my bank details, which I already did. For me it's a chicane and I don't give a damn about the 30€ and prefer to publish my opinion here. Now I wrote another email with my documents to racebets and received an email from Bettson that my email address is unknown and cannot be processed.

Pesimo casino, from Chile I play, it does not pay anything in slots, no points are accumulated, to exchange them in money, it does not have automatic cashback, (return of loss percentage) for any promotion you have to register and it must be in the slots that they choose , (in other casinos promotions are automatic) I don't know how it can be well valued.

Tom had an open account but didn't play for over a year. But when he started receiving emails with bonuses, that's when he decided to play with one and deposited money. The casino decided to investigate on the case and found out that two players used the same IP address and that they are sorry but won't pay him.
