The player from the Netherlands submitted a refund request to the casino eight months ago, but it remains unprocessed.
so i did ask for a refund on this casino.
they told me it would be proccesed and i needed to wait.
8 months later still no news.
when i ask the live chat they told me to wait 😀 agian and longer.
there is no email communication.
in there terms and conditions is stated that a refund reqeust is handled within 2 days.
so mine is taking over 8 months 😀
