there is no balance left.

i did not know that it was a illegal casino. I found out afterwards.

last contact was 2 days ago. Although they are ignoring me to dead.

so there is no contact from their side.


i am fully verified.

When I do not know. Since my account is blocked there is no way to see that.

If you have no longer balance on your account then there is unfortunately nothing to refund.

Unless the casino specifically restricts your country within their terms and conditions, you are allowed to play. If you country has some specific rules for gambling, the player is responsible for knowing them and it is not an excuse finding out that the casino is not legal in your country once you just simply lose your balance. The player must read the terms and conditions before registering and as you did accept them, there is nothing that would entitle you for the refund of your deposits.

but still they did let me play and Deposit.

As previously mentioned, it is the player’s responsibility to ensure they are registering from a location where play is permitted. Since the casino does not list your country as restricted, you were allowed to play there.
