Hi I have tried for the last week to access the website from my phone and my laptop. I have been unable to find the website as it always comes up 404 not found. The first few days it looked like it tried to log in but went to a blank blue screen. I have a balance of €70 so am annoyed. Has the site been shut down?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I am sorry to hear about your negative experience, I tried to access the website and it didn’t work for me either, so I am not sure if we are able to help here.

Do I understand correctly that the funds that are being held are all your real money (not bonus money)?

Is there any email contact that you used to get in touch with the casino in the past?

Hi thanks for your efforts. Yes it is real money that they owe me. Should be just over €70. I had €50 balance and some football acca wins that would have added the other €20. I have tried to contact via email but had not answer.

We would like to ask the Bets724 Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’. I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
