The player's deposit did not arrive for unknown reason. The complaint was resolved as the player's deposit got credited.

DOGE is the currency I used to deposit, was not in the list to select.

Amount of DOGE: 339.43


Transaction to the deposit adress succesfully processed on december 24th. Status in my account at bets.io is cancelled. Had several times contact with support at bets.io, they are keep saying the same like wait 24h or provide the information about the transaction so they can look into it. The correct information about the transaction is sended by email and two times sended in the support chat.

When asking about the missing deposit again, the ridle starts over again, I don't have the feeling it would be solved

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Hi Nick!


When I contacted the payment provider the day I did the deposit. They only handed me some documents and a link to the transaction details. So they have to look further in to it?

Still no reply, after a week, by the casino after sending them the information they asked for.

Did you forward the payment confirmations from the provider to the casino as well? Seems strange that only 1 payment is visible there in the sum of $23.

Yes, I did forward it about 3 times to the casino. So no doubt the casino does not have it.

The sum of $23 is the same as I deposit -fee for the transaction. It is very strange and frustrating that the payment is known by the casino but not credited to my account. Also it seems to me that because of that it is not that hard for them to locate and add it to my balance. I have the feeling they have not even checked it at all, for over 2 weeks...

The amount is finaly credited to my account, they contacted me by email.
