Hi,


I received a email 22.11.2021 stating that "my account is closed due to breach of terms". Apparntly I have made multiple accounts with betrebels. They have decided that all 15 000 eur is going to be forfited to the casino. I have done nothing they accuse me of so I am going to take this fight.


I am not sure why or how betrebels have come to this decision. I have sent in all reqired documents they have requested. This might be becasuse of the skrill transaction history I sent? I have alot of transactions with other norwegian skrill users due to norwegian regualtions, where gamblings transaction is not allowed though banks. So I earn some money by sending funds to norwegians though skrill, for a fee. I do not know what betrebels reason is or if they have any. I went though their terms and servises and I have not breached one rule. I would like betrebels to please pay my balance. I hope we in this thread can come to a sensible solution, where this all relevant facts to the surface, not just accusations.

We will contact the casino and ask for supporting evidence, but, before we do so, could you please advise if, to the best of your knowledge, there’s a possibility that someone else from your family members or neighbors has opened an account from the same IP address or device as yours or using your email address? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus? Have you redeemed any promotional offers in this casino in the past and was your account successfully verified in the past?

No family or neigbours (that I know of) has made an account here. I use 4G network as a my internet connection. I use my own computer and email address for gambling, yes. I am pretty sure I took part in some of betrebels promotions. Most of my profit, none the less, is from sportsbetting using my own funds. I won fair and sqaure on big european football leagues.


I have sent them ID, proof address, proof of payment. Everything betrebels have ever requested, I have given to them, but they still take all my funds. Please help me here.

Thank you, Ludvig, for your reply. As you might know, our Forum Casino.Guru, deals with the complaints regarding online casinos only, not sports betting. However, since this issue seems to be related purely to a multiple accounts’ accusation, we could try to help you.

We would like to ask the BetRebels Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’. I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
