Hello. I want to report a delay in withdrawal. For the first time, I put my win to the withdrawal on February 7th.


Casino reported that they received a withdrawal request. I attached the documents in my personal account and received a message that my account was verified.


Under the terms of the bonus, I can only receive 1000 euros. I made the request according to the rules.


I still haven't got my money. I wrote to the casino several times, canceled the conclusion and made a request again and again.


The rules state that I have the right to receive my money within a reasonable time. More than three months have passed, this is not a reasonable period.


The casino ignores me, violating its rules, laws, and license terms. Please look into my situation.

Dear Alan,

In cases where the casino is not willing to react on our request and we do not have a closer look on the case from both sides our hands are tied. If they won’t reply withing the next week, the complaint will be unresolved and it will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
