Based on the received proof from the casino we will be now forced to reject the complaint as we find the proof relevant and clearly shows that there was a clear breach in the casino terms. I'm really sorry that we could not help you more or provide the relevant proof but as the casino asked us not to provide it, we unfortuantely can't. As the casino said, you can still request the information from them or in case you are still unsatisfied with the casino, you can turn to the casino's licencing authority. Is there anything else we can help you with regarding to this case?
