 requested 6 times self exclusion because of addiction via chat. They did not act to my request and lost a lot after first request. They kept saying my account couldn’t be closed via chat, but the last time it was closed via chat. Therefore I would like to request a refund for the loses after first request made, they don’t respond To my email anymore

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Why didn't you request for self-exclusion via e-mail if they said you can't exclude in live chat? Did you specifically mention gambling addiction to them? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was verified from day 1.

I did send emails but they never got back so I kept asking via chat.


thet did disable me via chat at the end but now keep saying they don’t.
