The player from the Netherlands requested a permanent account closure, but the casino still allowed the account to be reopened.

Please, let me explain you what the difference between closing the account and self-exclusion is:
Some casinos use lots of tools for responsible gambling and I would not mention them here. What players can do if they’re unhappy in the casino: Close the account or self-exclude themselves, those are the two basic choices.
Closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can reopen account anytime, and casino has no obligation to the player.
On the other hand, self-exclusion does. If a player successfully makes a self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to open this account or if yes only under particular circumstances (after cooling off period and this cannot be done for players who are addicted/with gambling problem).

I gave them the reason that i blocked the account because i wanted like u see in the first email after that asked it was done and replied with 2nd email i want a full closure with no option to reopen it. They closed it now after i asked them in the chat why they did not protected me and they say we see u got gamble issue and now we permanent close it but when someone ask for a full closure with no option to open it they just ignore it
When i see the other complains they will not react thats how they operate. Their index score should be much lower

As I've explained in my first post, unless you request for self-exclusion due gambling addiction, you are allowed to reopen your account anytime.
Please be sure to mention it to the casino otherwise it will be simple block and reopen at any request to do it.
