The player from Ontario's account is blocked following a withdrawal request that is under security check. Despite contacting support via email 20 days ago, they have not received any response.
I placed a bet i won and then made a withdrawal. They told me that my withdrawal is under security check and they will update me soon. Dew weeks later they blocked my account and whenever i contact their live chat they tell me to send an email to their support which i did but it’s been 20 days sinc my first email and so far not even a single reply
