BetOriginal Casino - The player's winnings were capped.

I deposited 51 euro on Betoriginal for 100% bonus and 100 free spins( 20 per day). I lost my bonus money and 4 sets of 20 spins per day.

on the 5th day of 20 spins, I made 91 euros. I did a withdrawal.

I suddenly receive an email from them saying my withdrawal is capped to 25 euros! Here are their terms: (https://betoriginal.com/bonus-terms)

if you deposit and get free spins, max cashout is 100.

for no deposit free spins, it is 25.

I clearly fall into deposit and get free spins as the free spins i got are triggered by the deposit. Else why would they give 100 free spins?

I spoke to chat support called Daniel. He clearly told me that i only got 100 free spins for my deposit of 51 euro. And so, my winnings are from the last set of 20 spins. I never had any gift free spins from that casino.

The issue: They say, my winnings are related to no deposit free spins!! hence they won't pay beyond 25. While their chat clearly confirms i never received no deposit free spins. All spins i received are for my deposit of 51 euro.

its a clear case of deception and dishonesty.
