The casino systematically refuses to close my account. Since November 2025, I have been trying to assert my rights in accordance with responsible gambling policies, but they only focus on processing and delaying the procedures. I complained, and the casino acknowledged the incident and claims to have "taken action" regarding it, but they still refuse to close my account, even after I was scammed by a casino employee. The icing on the cake is what they require to close accounts. First, they ask for a photo of your ID and a handwritten letter describing and detailing the account closure request. After sending what they ask for, a guy named Daniel replies, in an arrogant tone, saying that they can only pause my account for 1, 3, or 7 days, and that the option of permanent closure is NOT available because, according to him, "These are internal policies of our department, and as the terms and conditions indicate, we can make changes to certain policies unilaterally." In short, the solution they offer depends on their mood when they wake up. And surprise, I haven't mentioned the worst part: On one occasion, an executive named "Abita," and later confirmed by the same person "Daniel," said that in order to "consider" closing my account, they demanded a medical certificate issued by a psychiatrist or health professional indicating that I suffer from gambling addiction, even though I am requesting to close my account due to attempted FRAUD.
As advice after 1 year on this platform, don't even think about creating an account at this casino of scammers and criminals.

Y sorpresa, no he mencionado lo más grave: En una ocasión, una ejecutiva de nombre "Abita", y luego confirmado por el mismo personaje "Daniel", que para recién "considerar" cerrar mi cuenta, exigían un certificado médico emitido por un psiquiatra o profesional de la salud indicando que padezco de ludopatía, siendo que estoy solicitando cerrar mi cuenta por intento de ESTAFA.
Cómo consejo después de 1 año en esta plataforma, ni se les ocurra ni se les pase por la cabeza crearse una cuenta en este casino de estafadores y delincuentes.

My experience with BetonWin has been extremely negative.
Since last year, I have repeatedly requested the permanent closure of my account due to a gambling problem. I clearly explained my situation and asked to be self-excluded to prevent further gambling. However, my requests were not addressed promptly, and my account remained active, allowing me to continue making deposits and placing bets.
As a result, I suffered significant financial losses which, in my opinion, could have been avoided if the operator had properly applied its responsible gaming and player protection policies.
Due to this situation, I filed formal complaints with the licensing authorities under which BetonWin operates, as well as a report requesting an investigation into the possible breach of responsible gambling obligations. I have also requested the permanent closure of my account and the reimbursement of losses incurred since the date I began requesting self-exclusion.
My intention in publishing this review is to warn other users, especially those who may be struggling with gambling addiction. If you ever request self-exclusion or account closure, I recommend keeping all emails and records of your requests.
