I have a very weird experience with Betnomi.com

I have been a satisfied customer for over 3 months and had several deposits and withdrawals all processed without problems. But now suddenly out of the blue my most recent withdrawal from 6th May is already pending for a rediculous 14 days. I have gone into their livechat about 8 times and every time I get only general answers like "we will look into it", "have some patience please", "we will update you as soon as we have any news", "we will inform our financial department straight away" etc. but simply nothing happens.


If this was my first ever withdrawal then I would somehow understand it and there could be a valid reason behind it, but I have been a loyal customer for over 3 months and already had 5 successful withdrawals before. I have attached a screenshot of my list of withdrawals, including the pending one.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account is not verified but they never asked me to verify it. And since I have 5 successful withdrawal in the past 3 months I don't think verification is an issue here. I accumulated my winnings with real money only and never took any bonus, apart fom very small rakeback and lossback amounts which I automatically received every now and then. The last time I spoke with the casino is yesterday in the livechat when I asked for an update and they answered they would look into it, but this is what I have been hearing now for 15 days and all this time nothing has been happening and my withdrawal is still pending.

There is a new update but not a good one: they just cancelled my pending withdrawal yesterday, after it had been pending for 16 days.....without any notice or information. Also no email about it. So I requested a new one yesterday (for a smaller amount) and that one is pending for 24 hours now also.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Just today I received my funds....finally! I don't know if this is coincidence that they saw this thread or not....but thank you so much for your effort anyways!


I still have other money on my account though and if I encounter problems withdrawing those in the future I will open a ticket here again. Once again thanks a lot!
