The player from Russia requested a withdrawal two weeks ago. It has not been processed. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
The casino has not paid out money for two weeks! Before that, I had several successful withdrawals.
According to the rules (see screenshot), the casino must pay out funds no later than 10 banking days.
Please help me get my money!

I contacted Casino support. They've been promising payouts for two weeks now, but nothing's happening.
