Dear eliyahutzafir1,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? Could you please confirm the disputed amount and the currency?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

And the main part is, there was no reason for the KYC to even pop in like that, there was no suspicious activity, they took me money, and this is probably their way , to steal from people who like to gamble, and this is not no jack farrow movie no pirate bullshit.

just want them to return that’s it simple as that

. if it didn’t ask for KYC when I joined it will still not know who the f**k it’s sending it out to, best way to know is see my solana if it matches the deposit as same for the withdrawl that I’m attempting to do

So I’ve been reading some comments of others with This specific casino, and they did the same thing to me, Saying NO KYC, as soon as I try to withdraw though. Bam 💥 KYC, and are being very scam like, trying so hard to take my funds.

Firstly going against their own word, 2nd being scam like 3rd their response time takes hours, / days…

in my opinion, this casino should not be allowed to even be running any sort of business / especially dealing with people and money.

I need my funds, this is not a game anymore, this is very important I have that, by tomorrow!!!

Thank you very much, eliyahutzafir1, for the forwarded emails. Do I understand correctly that you were asked to provide a picture ID and when you did it was rejected? Could you please forward it to petronela.k@casino.guru too? Have you been advised why it was rejected?

Yeah I was rejected because they don’t accept people from the USA ??? I still don’t understand why they don’t do KYC at the start if they will create this whole mess in first place.

question,

what if I got a friend to do KYC for me? Is that allowed, because I think that may be the best route unless you got me! And sure I will send over the picture it just says rejected because they don’t allow people from where I live basically one moment

I understand. Well, I would like to point out that if you register an account in this casino, submitted the United States as your country of residence, deposited funds into your account, then the casino should pay your winnings.

When I tried to enter the casino using the VPN, I was advised that the United States is a restricted country. Have you used the VPN to change your geolocation when entering the casino, please?

I have checked the general terms and conditions and this is what I found (here):

For various legal or commercial reasons, We do not permit Member Accounts to be opened or used by residents of certain jurisdictions, including Aruba, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Cuba, Curacao, Czech Republic, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Islamic Republic of Iran, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, Northern Korea, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, St. Maarten, Sudan, Syria, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Curaçao, Armenia, Austria, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Ukraine (the "Restricted Jurisdictions"). By using the Website or the Games, you confirm you are not a resident of or residing in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, to mitigate and prevent illegal or fraudulent activity through the Website and Betnomi services, We may, at our discretion, request that you cease to or refrain from using a VPN or Proxy while using the Website. Suppose suspicious, illegal, or fraudulent activity is detected on an account while a VPN or Proxy is in use. In that case, we shall have the right to block the said account and funds held thereon, based on our assessment of the activity in question.

Regrettably, we cannot provide assistance with your case as you utilized a VPN to modify your geolocation and bypassed the IP block implemented by the website to restrict players from prohibited jurisdictions. I acknowledge that this may not be the desired outcome for you, but our ability to assist is limited to players who have not violated the casino's rules.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

Wait, before anything!!

I got a friend to do KYC

he submitted the ID did the face thing to verify it’s him, sent in a bank picture online, and they still didn’t release funds

also, so they’re allowed to take peoples money technecially steal it, and then say do KYC opening the doors, to steal peoples money????

AND that’s LEGAL?

stake.us —- makes It to do KYC before allowing its players to enter the site period!!

if anything I should get my money, and they should fix the site!!

Your account has been deactivated due to the creation of multiple accounts.

Initially, you employed a VPN to circumvent the IP block imposed by the casino and created an account through this means.

Subsequently, you knowingly proceeded to create another account. I am uncertain about the precise motivation behind this action. As previously mentioned, if a casino accepts players from restricted jurisdictions, they are expected to honor their winnings. However, this principle does not extend to players who employ techniques to bypass the casino's established restrictions.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

I created more to see if it said anything with or without referral link as I clearly stated I always use a vpn, and after I did that, I told you guys it doesn’t tell me anything like you stated" players from the U.S aren’t allowed etc it was specifically to show you! It even says that in our conversation and in the conversation with them!!!

I regret that I am unable to offer further assistance. Although we were unable to resolve this case, please feel free to reach out to us if you encounter any problems with another casino in the future. Based on the reasons mentioned above, I must reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
