We had advised the player that withdrawal processes could take some time, often due to KYC verification or high withdrawal request volume, and suggested he waited at least 14 days before filing a complaint. We extended the complaint period by 7 days, but the player did not respond. As a result, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

I made a withdrawal request for 655 euros at 11.01.24 at 11:05 am by using same method when deposit (Trustly). Before that all my documents were accepted so kyc has been successfully completed before making that withdrawal. In their site its said that all withdrawals are prosessed in 48 hours. I have now contacted livechat of betnflix 2 times after 48 hour timelimit reached and they keep saying that the withdrawal has been reviewed and everything is fine and now its waiting for payment department to complete the withdrawal… It just can’t take that long.
