This morning I deposited $100 on Betnet9, I did not collect a bonus so the $100 was my own money. I played 3 different slots in JILI and got my money up to $7000 in winnings. My highest bet that I made was $30 but again, I was playing my own money and had no restrictions with my money. I withdrew my winnings at $7000 only for Betnet9 to reject my withdrawal, then straight after they forfeited the whole $7000.


I Noticed there was a remark on the rejected withdrawal saying "suspicious betting"

I then jumped on the online chat and questioned why my withdrawal was rejected and what the "suspicious betting" was all about.


my response was-

Dear, as per our check. There is suspicious betting activity on your account, and we have refunded your deposit to your bank. Please check your account again, as the deposit has already been refunded. Thank you.


A lot of messages were sent back and fourth, me asking what and how I was suspicious betting because I genuinely don't understand how I could have been suspicious betting with my own money?

but I just kept getting told that there was nothing they could do about it as it was the system that detected it.


im really unhappy about this! I didn't want my deposit back! I want my winnings that I won fair and square. I've asked for proof but they ignore me. They just keep sending me the same msg that doesn't explain anything!

Hey Nick! Thank you so much for reading my complaint and getting back to me so quickly!


My account has been verified, I have been playing on this casino since the 14/5/24.

I'm pretty sure I have withdrawn funds from them before but definitely not this much.


i was playing the slots, I was in JILI game slot and alternated between these 3 slots, Fortune Gems 3, Devil fire 2 and Sin city.

it was a good 3-4 hours of betting and obviously the more money I won the higher my bet would go but that's what gambling is right?


The last time I spoke to the casino was just before 12pm today, my last msg to them was me asking how my bets weren't legitimate and how could someone dodgy up a bet.

I genuinely do not understand what they are trying to say to me. I'm really upset about this!

I keep getting told that my withdrawal was rejected because the system noticed I was altering its flow. What does that even mean?
