Good afternoon,


I recently had GAMSTOP restriction closed so I now have access to casinos and betting again.


I signed up with bet MGM, and deposited £600. Of this, I won back £350.


I recently moved house, and signed up with my address. Please note I have never had a BET MGM account before.


they have stopped me getting my winnings, and if the account was always going to be closer, surely they shouldn’t have let me desposit?


I then got this email:

Your account has been linked to a Self Excluded player or account in our network of sites. As such, we have blocked this account and you will no longer be able to log in, deposit or withdraw. As details have been changed in order to circumvent our account linking systems, no refund is due.


Under our Safer Gambling Policy you will not be permitted to open new accounts on any of our sister sites and have previously been advised of this. A current full list of our sites are as follows:

If you hold any accounts with other gaming sites we would advise you to seek self-exclusion with those also.

Have you ever requested to be self-excluded from any of BetMGM Casino's sister sites or on any sites operating on the LeoVegas Gaming PLC license?

Could you please specify when the casino blocked your account? Was it after you requested a withdrawal or was it shortly after registration?
