So on the 3rd of december 2024 i requested a withdraw, two days later i went to check the transactions and there was no sign of "failed" withdrawal as my withdrawal did not exist. The money hadnt arrived yet. (Did not have any problems with previous withdrawal). I contacted support and they said that they are investigating the issue. For next 4 days i heard the same excuses. On the 7th of december they said that i need to verify myself with KYC (Although i logged in to site using my estonian national ID-code, and casino is also licensed in Estonia). I was asked to provide my bank statement (that consisted payments to their site since september) and picture of bankcard that was used for payments. For the next 7 days i was told that "A request was escalated for further assistance, but unfortunately there is no update yet." On the 14th i contacted support again and they told me that they require bank statement that consist of ALL payments since september. And now i hear the same excuses. I think that casino is just stalling my payments.
