There is weekly refund of 10% of losses.
On 25/12 I made a deposit Sunday before 23:59 when the bonus expires. On 26/12 I withdrew some amount. I had losses based on the deposits and withdrawals I was in the red and I should be refunded 10% of the losses But they say that I am not entitled to it and that I should wait until next week. Next week, however, I will not be entitled to it again because the deposits I made were on Sunday 25/12 and related to the previous week
