Hi,


I have been playing on this BetJungle casino from last 1 year, they were very genuine. However, 12 days back I won 50K INR, that's highest amont i have ever won, and I made requests for withdrawals on 16th of November 2021, they have taken 4 days to make the status from Pending to Accepted. So I was very happy, and thought that my money will be credited into my bank account soon. But, that wasn't the case, they stopped responding to my messages and emals, I have tried to reach them every way I got(Chat, email and Whatsapp) but no luck.


Can you please check and resolve this problem?

Allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

When was the last time the casino responded to you? Did you deposit, played any game or used any other bonus since your withdrawal request? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings?

It might be possible that due your high winnings, the casino did or doing a double check if everything was right. It is a common procedure in many casinos.

Thank you for your quick response.


Last time they replied was on 19th Nov, on the same issue, they asked me to provide my bank statement, and I have sent the same, then they said they will forward the request to their admin department. And that was the last time they answered my query.


And usually don't use the bonuses option, even in this case I haven't opted for bonus. Also, I have made few deposits on 22nd of this month as well, as I don't know that the current withdrawals would take this much time to get processed.


May be you are right, if they want to recheck everything before processing my withdrawals that's fine with me, but the thing is they are not responding. If they have responded I wouldn't have even raise this complaint.

Hello dileepkumar510,

As mentioned before it might happen that it takes longer when the winnings are higher. Also the support team and the financial team of casino might be a team of different members and the communication might take longer between them that is why most of the casinos doesn't even answer to player during verification as it makes the process even slower.

At this point I would still recommend to wait at least till the end of next weak for the money to arrive or for the casino to contact you about the withdrawal. If you won't hear from them until that, we will interfere.

Also, I would like to inform you that my last withdrawal of 15K processed just in 2 working days, and this was requested in this November itself. I only have issue with this current withdrawal. I believe you need to involve the casino right away, as they usually takes maximum of 3 days to process any withdrawal, however, it's already been 18 days since I requested for the withdrawal.

We always try our best to contact the representatives of casino to participate on resolving our complaints, however it is not entirely in our hands whether we'll be able to receive any kind of response. Unfortunately, in this case, we haven't received any reply from the casino so far.

As there is no response to this date, we would like to ask BetJungle Casino to reply to this complaint. The timer will be extended by another 10 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have a negative influence on the casino's rating on our website.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
