I have a serious gambling problem and this year already several times earlier I reported it to Pledoo's "security" email. After several attempts, Pledoo closed my account. But since then they have allowed me to create with the same name, email, address and phone number at their sister casino Betitall and allowed me to make deposits even though they know I have a gambling problem. Pledoo and Betiton have the worst self-locking systems and don't care about their players. I am claiming back the deposits from Pledoo and Betiton after the first email stating that I have a gambling problem and want to ban myself permanently.
