Cashed out $800 CAD in late March 2021 it is now April 27 and no sign of my cashout.Sent numerous emails and visited Livechat and neither were any help.Livechat was useless they tell you the same thing each time with no resolution to the issue.Email responses tell me each time my case is being sent to a higher department and rest assured the issue will be resolved.Well,over a month later no resolution.Sent an email yesterday April 26 inquiring about my money and the response I received," you haven’t received your money yet?"What a joke! Worst online experience I’ve ever encountered.There are other reputable online casinos available,think twice before signing up on Beniton!!

A correction to the number of times my cashout was Approved and then Declined.I checked my transaction history and the number is actually 8 times between March 31 to April 30.

Hi,Surprisingly i received payment yesterday.I previously sent Betiton an email informing them that i was going online to post the issues I was having with my withdrawl in order to warn anyone considering signing up on the Betiton site.I also informed them I will be writing reviews on sites such as casino.guru.Thanks for your help.
