I requested a payout of 750€. This was approved on 07/20/2023.
I have received many different statements from live chat. First, I was told it takes 1-2 business days via bank transfer.
After the 2 business days, I still have not received the money.
Then I was told it takes 1-3 business days. The 3rd business day and I still have not received my money.
The chat does not help me.

Ich habe vom Live Chat sehr viele unterschiedliche Aussagen bekommen. Mir wurde zuerst gesagt es dauert 1-2 Werktage mit Banküberweisung.
Nach den 2 Werktagen habe ich das Geld weiterhin nicht bekommen.
dann wird mir gesagt es dauert 1-3 Werktage. Der 3te Werktag und ich habe mein Geld weiterhin nicht bekommen.
Der Chat hilft mir nicht weiter.

I just got told again via live chat that my payout went down again.
I have now asked if I can change my payout method to E-WALLET. THE bank transfer failed 2 times and the casino does not help me. Neither the live chat nor the email contact.

Unfortunately, they didn't recommend me anything.
I suggested choosing an alternative to make the withdrawal to my e-wallet. This was forwarded to the finance department to see if this is possible. I am now waiting for a reply from the finance department. They will contact me via email.
I only deposited €35 and handed over €750 for withdrawal.
