having a problem with verification. I won a small amount in this casino after I opened an account and made a deposit, but when I tried to verify, they did not accept my documents and said the picture was not clear, even though I uploaded a clear picture. I have done that many times. but it refuses to verify, so I ask customer support to verify my account manually. I have sent them my national ID, my driving license proof of address, and everything else, but they say that they cannot do it manually and I need to upload it to the site, but when I try again, the same problem arises. They just responded in such a way that I should lose all the money while waiting for verification.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi

I have uploaded the needed documents in web everytime it get rejected saying pictures are not clear even though i uploaded clear picture.i ask help with support for Manual help but they just rejected my request and say verify through web.but when i try same story keep on rejecting documents.i uploaded my national ID even i tried with my driver licence but keep on rejecting
