my account is fully verified.

i requested withdrawal 400 via crypto usdtt on 20th of may and another 1000 on 24th of may. on my account left after this: 1644. they keep saying that they have no time frame for my withdrawal and I need to wait. I am very afraid that I will not get my money, please help me out!!!.
