We also extended the complaint timer by 7 days. However, due to the player's lack of response to our messages and questions, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Unfortunately, you do not get any information about when the open payment of 5000 euros will be processed. They always just say "You have to wait". My account is already verified. I expect a binding statement about when my winnings will be paid out.

So far, unfortunately, still nothing has happened. It can't be that payouts are held up for so long. Rejections are processed within a few minutes, but when it comes to withdrawals, this lousy casino takes days!!!! Super unserious. Customers need to be warned about Betibet Casino.
