Unfortunately fell for a scam. Like so many users, I only get standard requests. The chat is a joke and according to this and mails verification is long gone. I've spoken to a lawyer, but there's a 5-10% chance of getting the money. Bitter at the sum.
Leider wohl auf Scam reingefallen. Wie schon so viele User bekomme auch ich nur Standard Anfragen. Der Chat ist ein Witz und laut diesem und Mails sind Verifizierung schon lange durch. Mit Anwalt schon gesprochen aber Chancen auf das Geld stehen bei 5-10%. Bitter bei der Summe.

I've been trying to withdraw money since my verification (unfortunately only 50k now because I played out of frustration) I've been put off since December 31st that the finance department is checking it (as described on the Internet in other cases, this is just an excuse) now have I requested only 1000 instead of 5000 on the advice of the vip manager. This should be in my account within 6-8 hours. pure lie So my problem is THE CASINO DOES NOT PAY OUT DESPITE ALL THE SPECIFICATIONS.
Ich versuche seit meiner Verifizierung Geld ab zu heben (leider mittlerweile nur noch 50k da ich aus Frust gespielt habe) ich werde seit dem 31.12 vertröstet das die Finanz Abteilung es prüft (wie im Internet beschrieben bei anderen Fällen ist dies nur eine Ausrede) nun habe ich auf Anraten des vip Manager nur 1000 anstatt 5000 beantragt. Dies sollte innerhalb 6-8 Stunden auf meinem Konto sein. Reine Lüge. Somit ist mein Problem DAS CASINO ZAHLT NICHT AUS TROTZ ALLEN ANGABEN.
