I had one withdrawal previously which I submitted a complaint through casino guru. I was owed £1000 at the time made up of 2 x £500 separate withdrawals. They processed one withdrawal therefore gave me £500. However they did not provide me with the other £500 so I request submitted my request for this on 22nd November.

However, I would like to warn you that it seems to be a common practice of Betfoxx Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue.
