The player from the UK requested a withdrawal, but it still hasn’t been processed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited using a VISA card.
I completed verification
I elected to have no bonus which was accepted.
I have £1500 in my wallet, everytime I try to withdraw they reject.
No explanation, even after repeated to attempts to ask why.
I still have access to the account.
But the money is just sitting there.
I can play with it but can't withdraw.
In the bonus section of my account it confirms there are is no active bonus.
I feel like I've been scammed, they take your money, regardless if you win or lose they have no intention of paying.
