So im trying to withdraw like 2000€ and the casino is delaying everything what they can do to not let me have the money i listed withdraws like week ago it was pending for like 4 days then they asked me to send them the mifinity screenshots i due to verificate my account even tho I made only 1 deposit with this type of payment most of my payments were by wire transfers i gave them all what they wanted and im still waiting for them to verificate my account and check all the info they wanted from me which i provided and all of my withdraws are pending and the contact is quite hard i can provide all the info they want

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
