After the player had communicated the issue to us, we had requested further communication between him and the casino. Later, the player had informed us that the casino had asked for some time to review and resolve the dispute. Subsequently, the player had asked us to close the complaint, indicating that the issue had been resolved. As a result, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

I registered with betcoin for close to a month now, within this period I have deposited over $2000, I have also lost close to that amount, two days ago I had some little winnings, I now decided to withdraw $150, they sent me a message in my mail that I need to undergo KYC which I oblerged them, I sent all documents and selfies, everything was successful and acknowledged by there support, three hours later I want to login to my account to check my open bet, popup message appeared that MY ACCOUNT HAVE BEEN DISABLED for no good reasonooo with over $320 balance, I contacted live chat and support, they sent me an email I should write management which I did, after some hours, they replied that I broke there rules, that they are investigating my account and bets, so what BETCOIN.Ag basically do is that they will allow you to register and deposit, once you are losing NO PROBLEM WITH THEM, THE MOMENT YOUR ACCOUNT STARTS WINNING THEY WILL HURRIEDLY LIMIT YOU, if you want to withdraw your winnings they will ask for KYC, If you are done with KYC, THey will HURRIEDLY DISABLE YOUR ACCOUNT siting some fraudulent terms and conditions all to deny and prevent you from Getting your heart earn winnings, PLEASE AND PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.. IT'S 100% Pure scam, I will continue to create awareness here and in all gambling forums including YOUTUBES AND BLOGGS of there fraudulent activities, I will also write and engage all the relevant and top Global criminal and fraudulent organizations about them, BETCOIN.AG cannot scam me of my heart earn money and getaway with it, they must pay me my money as THE BATTLE JUST BEGAN....BECAREFUL!! BEWARNED!! BETCOIN IS A 100% SCAM SITE...

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you play casino games or sports betting? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did you receive any explanation for the account closure?

Thks for the response as well, I passed through the verification process yesterday including I'd, facial and address verification, that's after over 3 weeks of playing with them without verification request, the verification request came after I placed $150 withdrawal request, for the past weeks I have been depositing and loosing daily nothing like that but I oblerged them that I submitted and did all that was asked of me which was acknowledged, 3 hours later they disabled and closed my account with over $150 balance in addition to the $150 pending withdrawal coming up with a dubious excuse that I broke there terms and conditions..

I PLAYED SPORTS GAMES..

Yesterday night was the last time I communicated with the Casino..

The whole thing is about BETCOIN CASINO trying to scam and defraud me my deposits and winnings in pretence of breaking there terms and conditions that never existed when am loosing without withdrawal, they went as far as saying that they are investigating my bet and account, that I did arbitrage, they whole thing looks funny and suspecious to me because all my bets are normal bet which you either win or loose, I don't no or understand what they are talking about, it's all ploy to confiscate my deposit and winnings, infact I have been loosing for over 3 weeks, over 35 tickets played with just few winnings..

They are dubious and fraudulent
