BetCoco Casino - Withdrawal of player's winnings has been delayed.

I would like to open here a complaint about the Betcoco casino for its total lack of responsibility towards its customers. On 02/22 I requested a withdrawal in the amount mentioned above via P4F and they asked me to wait 72 hours for approval of the withdrawal but until today the payment from the gain on deposit has not been made; I've already tried to solve it through the VIP channel (this one spends most of the time offline) and via chat on the platform itself; both always give the same automatic response as many requests to be processed and I have to be patient that by the end of the day my case will be resolved. It's been 4 days now that they're just winding me up. Just so you know, my account has already been verified and I've already made 2 previous withdrawal requests that took 72 hours to be paid, but this last one is just giving me a headache. So, carrying out a research on the casino, I saw that here is the only right place to receive help to mediate my problem with the casino and receive my winnings once and for all. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
