I signed up for the casino on the same day that I requested the bonus with deposit, so on 1st MARCH 2023, after starting to play, after about 3 hours I entered the dashboard page to see the movement of the requirement and I saw that it was basically stopped, like i never started betting slots, so i immediately contacted chat to confer the problem, i was told that they would transfer the Technical support request to the relevant department, but no one wrote me anymore, so i'm returned to chat many other times always with the same answer

Can you please advise if you did not play a game with 0% wagering contribution or a game which is restricted for the bonus as it might have caused the issues.
If not, it seems unusual that you can't contribute towards the wagering with the bonus balance as it would have no point of taking a bonus at all.
