The player from Canada is complaining about the overall casino experience. The player can convert loyalty points into a withdrawable balance only very slowly. We rejected the complaint as unjustified because no balance of the player was confiscated as a result.

Hi I deposit so much there! Have many trouble all the time with no answer for weeks automated system answer in the tchat and no valuable answer! One time won 400k and they say they cannot pay this amount but maximum is 15k a month

they say they change 100 daily coimpoint and they cannot change all the coimpoint they are supposed to, I had like 20 millions coimpoint never changed except sometime when I insist and they say they can change only 100

managzr said they do autiliatically everyday but they don t

mz’ager don’t. Answer for 3 weeks and they say they gonna give me a new one that is more expérimentée etc

they gave me 35% cashback and suddenly nothing I complained but they never came back with the money and without any answer by email or else

they even send a iMac as a gift lol but I asked the facture and the proof from where it is from they never sent me this document!

they don’t even do the withdraw in time

they reverse money when I never ask for that reversaL! One time they reversed all and I thought it was cashback so I played it and lost and they said it was all my reversal!

fir all this problem they have to be punished and pay what they owe!

it is scandalous to be stolen and scaled like that never seen that in my life!

Please understand that we believe the player is ultimately responsible for their balance, and all bets taking place.

If your winnings weren't confiscated but were played down by you in regular gameplay, we would consider your loss fair.


The withdrawal limit of 15,000 CAD per month is also the industry average and fairly common.


Could you explain the situation around the 'points' on your account? I didn't manage to find almost any information on how redemption to a real money balance works. I'll be looking forward to your reply.

Could you explain how the coimpoints are generated on your account? Do you gain them by making deposits, by making bets or there is another mechanism on how you gain them?

As you know you need to give me my daily cashback automatically and you never do

So you owe me like 100 from yesterday and 3 days were not given never 

And I always have 35% cashback

For one month you never give me this so you can calculate everything and give me all you owe me all the 35%or 30% I should have automatically

I am afraid we can't influence the casino's loyalty and bonus policies. Unfortunately, we can't influence or reprimand casinos if they don't give you a bonus. We also can't influence how fast the casino converts your loyalty bonuses into a withdrawable balance.
